Last week, I completed the six month long MCI Capabilities Assessment for the Plymouth County (MA.) Fire Chiefs Association. This was supposed to be a 4 month project, but many of the fire chiefs did not provide necessary data for two additional months.
The report is in the files section of the BSG members area for your review. This is a confidential document and not for distribution. I am sharing this document with team members, because I fully expect several follow-on projects, derived from my recommendations. As is the foundation of BSG, the report, and the recommendation span capability; Plans, Training and Equipment. I will keep you posted on response and projects. I welcome your observations and comments from the report.

Blackthorne Services Group is proud to announce its acceptance into the Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction Consortium. The consortium is a group purchasing vehicle for the U.S.G, principally DoD and DHS. Membership enables us to bid on solicitations put forward through the consortium as a pre-approved vendor.
This acceptance, announced to BSG yesterday is expected to have a substantial positive impacts, as most of the members are manufacturers, laboratories or academic institutions. None bring the breadth and depth of real experience that BSG brings. Accordingly, membership in the CWMD Consortium is expected to gernerate substantial subcontracting in developmental projects and capabilities development.
